SATE

SATE is an insulation system for the exterior of the façade and is used for the thermal insulation of buildings, both in new construction and in rehabilitation. It consists of a prefabricated insulating panel, adhered to the wall, the usual fastening is with adhesive and mechanical fastening. The insulation is protected with a coating covered by one or several layers of mortar, one of which carries a mesh as a reinforcement and is applied directly to the insulating panel. Finally, the primer and the topcoat are applied to the substrate with countless colors and textures to choose from.

Depreciation

The investment of the system is amortizable over a period of 5 to 7 years, by reducing the consumption of air conditioning and heating.

Installation

The installation of a SATE system is carried out in an attempt to minimise inconvenience to users inside the homes (dust, removal of debris, simplification of the preparation phases and reduction of time).

Revaluation

The system revalues the property economically, much more than the simple restitution of the façade.

Risks

It reduces the risk of condensation, even more, the SATE system is impermeable to water and permeable to water vapor.

Maintenance

It keeps the building envelope in stable thermo-hygrometric conditions, extending the useful life of the materials.

Durability

It protects the structure against thermal oscillations, preventing cracks, leaks and premature degradation.

Effectiveness

It excludes the need to remove old plaster, except when there is a risk of detachment.
